We're an upscale personal training studio with certified, professional Personal Trainers. We offer a “state of the art” cardio room, high end strength equipment, and a wide variety of functional training equipment.  Also: We offer cardio equipment from Octane, True, Schwinn Spin Bikes, and First Degree water rower. Strength equipment includes Paramount, Hoist, TRX, Bosu, Battling ropes, Medicine balls, and much more! The studio is always kept very clean and organized.

 

Outside activities include hiking, mountain biking, a road biking club, trips to beautiful destinations including Zion National Park, the Ladders canyon, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, San Diego, and the local mountains for full moon hikes and biking in a cool atmosphere.
